The Developing My Leadership curriculum consists of 11 modules and provides participants with essential leadership skills to be successful in their team leader or management roles. Most modules are 2.5 hours in class and an application challenge is assigned for each module encouraging participants to apply what they are learning. Transferring essential skills back to the workplace is critical for successful behavioural change.
"We had the opportunity in class to immediately practice what we were learning as we discussed real issues and opportunities for improvement," Darcie Robichaud, Oulton College President said. "There were a variety of different topics and activities to keep our interest along with handouts to capture our action items. We experienced real team building through this development process."
The Developing My Leadership program can be brought in house to your organization for developing your existing or emerging leaders.
We are launching a public offering of this program beginning September 13th 2017. We will facilitate the modules biweekly and the program will wrap up in February 2018.
Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for additional inquiries and to reserve your seat for September. The class is limited to 20 participants and it will fill up quickly. All sessions are listed on Eventbrite.

Thanks for reading! People often ask me “What do you do?”. The simple answer is “I make leaders better!” I do this through leadership coaching, emotional intelligence coaching, seminars, key note talks and mastermind groups.
My purpose is to help grow the leadership influence and effectiveness of people to enable them to produce better results, build trusting relationships, and foster an engaging healthy work environment where people are excited and empowered to do their best work.
I believe our workplaces can be transformed by better leadership. I founded Changing Leaf Inc. to help organizations and individuals realize their potential by developing leaders who create confidence and inspire trust.
